You will have the opportunity to view and approve the total amount before Access Corrections charges your card. Phone Number RestrictionPhone Number Restrictions have been put in place to prevent the use of one phone number across multiple accounts. A phone number can only be used once within our system. When a phone number is already in use, the following notification will appear when an attempt is made to edit an account or create an account: “The phone number is already in use. Inmate Account BalanceWe do not have access to the agency's inmate trust account (account balance). We can only verify your deposit to the inmate.

When Will My Card Be DebitedA card will be debited once the bank approves the charge and removes the funds from your available balance for Access Corrections (the vendor), at that time funds will be collected. The bank gives vendors 3-5 business days to accept approved transactions. If the funds are not collected by the vendor in that time frame, the funds will be released back to your account balance.

Payments AcceptedAcceptable payment methods for inmate deposits include... Credit and Debit Cards (Visa or MasterCard) Cards with Visa or MasterCard logos and a valid security code that are United States Issued. Gift Cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted. All cards must be registered to your address for security purposes. Please note that Access Corrections does not accept Government issued cards (i.e. Child Support Cards, EBT Cards).

Duplicate DepositOur system detects if a duplicate deposit was recently submitted within a 30-minute period and notifies you with a "Warning" before allowing you to continue with the 2nd transaction. Duplicate Deposits are Non-Refundable By clicking Continue you are agreeing that this next transaction will not be refundable. Please check the information carefully before continuing.
