From the Sign In screen, click the Having trouble logging in? link.
Follow the instructions to enter your email address used to establish your account and a password reset link will be sent to this email address.
Note: The email may take a few minutes to show up in your inbox and will have the following sender and subject.
You will receive an email with the following details:
From: email@example.com | Subject: Please reset your Access Corrections password
If unable to locate the password reset email:
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org as a contact to your email address book.
Note: iCloud email accounts are not a recommended provider for Access Corrections accounts.
Once you receive the password reset email, click the link within the email to reset your password. Follow the instructions to create a new password. Making sure you follow the password rule requirements.
