Credit and Debit Cards (Visa or MasterCard)
- Cards with Visa or MasterCard logos and a valid security code that are United States Issued.
- Gift Cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.
All cards must be registered to your address for security purposes.
Please note that Access Corrections does not accept Government issued cards (i.e. Child Support Cards, EBT Cards).
Other methods using a 3rd party app (i.e. Cash App and Chime cards) cannot be used.
Cash
Cash transactions for inmate deposits are accepted at Access Secure Deposits Lobby Kiosks, where applicable. Additionally, cash can be deposited through our partner walk-in cash providers: Cash Pay Today, Ace Cash Express and Western Union, where applicable. Please visit www.cashpaytoday.com, www.acecashexpress.com or www.westernunion.com to see if this option is available at your agency and to find a location near you!
Money Orders
Money Order Forms can be obtained by selecting "Send Money" from the top menu and choosing a state and agency, a link to the appropriate Money Order Form will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Gift Cards
Gift cards that have the Visa and MasterCard logos are accepted.
- If the card requires a PIN we cannot accept the card because they will not work on online purchases.
You must register the gift card in order to make an online purchase with Access.
- This information is usually on the back of your gift card, however, you can also go to the Visa or MasterCard gift card website for more details.
- You may also call the issuer for more details.
When you make an online or phone purchase, the Name, Address, and Phone number used must be exactly the same as the information you provided when registering your card in order to avoid declined transactions.
You can verify or update your information by visiting the card issuer's Web site, or by contacting them using the toll-free number provided in their card materials.
Pre-Paid Cards
Prepaid cards that have the Visa and MasterCard logos are accepted. We accept any prepaid card (For example - H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, reloadable pre-paid cards, etc.).
- If the card requires a PIN we cannot accept the card because they will not work on online purchases.
