How To Send Money

Before you can SEND MONEY, Access Corrections requires you to create an account.  


After your account is created, there are two ways you can begin sending money.  

  • Select  Send Money or DASHBOARD from the navigation panel. 

Sending Money

  1. Once the Dashboard page displays, click SEND MONEY.  
  2. The Send Money screen displays. 
    • Select the State and Agency where the recipient is located.  

      NOTE: The steps 1-3 indicate the order in which details should be selected. 

  3. Click inside each field to expand the selections.  
    • Select the State
    • Select an Agency 
    • Begin typing the last name or the recipient and then select the name from the search results.
      Note: For Step 3, You may also enter the Recipient ID, if known.
       

      Send Money Options

      Some agencies offer various options to send money such as via CashPay Today or Money Order.  If the selected agency offers an alternative ways to send money, the options will appear below the agency selection as shown below.  

  4. Once a recipient is selected, the Deposit Information screen displays.  

    • The recipient information appears in the upper-left corner.  

  5. Enter the desired amount in the Deposit Amount field.  
  6. Click the +Handling Charges to review the charges applied based on the dollar amount.  

  7. Select the Attention checkbox to acknowledge the Terms and Conditions. 

    • As needed, click the drop-down menu to select a language preference (English or Spanish) to review the Terms and Conditions.  
    • Check the Attention notification link to read the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and User Agrement Policy in entirety.  
    • Once the checkbox is selected, the NEXT button becomes enabled.  Click NEXT.  

  8. The Card Information screen displays. 
    • Enter your Credit Card Information - Card Number, Expiration Date, and Card CVV.  

  9. Click Pay Now when done.
