Editing a Phone NumberWhen editing a phone number for an account, it is important to know that phone numbers are only available for change every 30 days. After 30 days has expired, the phone number field becomes active, allowing the ability to change the phone number. Note: The 30-day count begins after the initial creation of an account OR after the previously edited phone number. After changing the phone number, click Update Account.

Editing Your Account InformationTo ensure consistent and accurate information is provided, certain fields may be limited to modifications, whereas other fields are available for different reasons. For Example: Most account information fields will be available for edit every 90 days. Phone information is available for edit every 30 days. (See Editing a Phone Number for details) This policy has been implemented to help detected and prevent fraud and other financial crimes.

Account ReactivationFollow the steps below for inactive customer accounts. Customers can choose to either reactivate their account or create a new account. Note: Not all inactive accounts are able to be reactivated. When prompted with the Reactivate Account screen, click Reactivate.
