Some agencies require that individuals obtain approval before they can submit a transaction deposit to a recipient.
If an individual has not met approval by an agency, an "Unapproved Depositor" notification would indicate that approval is required in order to deposit funds. 
Note: Be sure to follow the the instructions in the notification or contact the recipient to obtain approval.
