Some agencies require that individuals obtain approval before they can deposit funds to recipients.
If an individual has not met approval by an agency, an "Unapproved Depositor" notification would indicate that approval is required in order to deposit funds. 
Note: Be sure to follow the the instructions in the notification or contact the recipient to obtain approval.
