If additional information is required during a transaction within Ac.com -
The Additional Information Required screen will display, requesting the following:
- For Your Information - select Your Country of Birth from the drop-down menu.
- For Recipient Information - select the Recipient's Country of Birth from the
drop-down menu.
- Press NEXT.
NOTE: The requested information display screen may vary, based on applicable details needed for Sender, Receipient or Both.
If unable to proceed with the transaction an you receive an Unauthorized Transaction notificiation, please contact the number provided for assistance.
