If additional information is required during a transaction within AC.com -
The Additional Information Required screen will display, requesting the following:
- For Your Information - select Your Country of Birth from the drop-down menu.
- For Recipient Information - select the Recipient's Country of Birth from the
drop-down menu.
- Press NEXT.
NOTE: The requested information display screen may vary, based on applicable details needed for Sender, Receipient or Both.
Important: If you do not know the Additional Information required to complete the transaction, please contact 1-855-698-0012.
If unable to proceed with the transaction an you receive an Unauthorized Transaction notificiation, please contact the number provided for assistance.
