Verifying Your Email Address

To help prevent fraudulent and illegal activity, Access Corrections requires Email Address Verification.  Once your email address is verified, you can begin sending money. 

Important To Know:  Once an email address is saved and verified, it cannot be updated. To change an email address, a new account must be created.  

  • After creating a new account, the Validate Email Sent notification will display.

NOTE: The link sent to the provided email address will expire after 60 minutes from the time it is delivered. 

  • Click CONTINUE
  • Check your email to verify receipt of the email validation link as instructed.
    • Click the link in the body of the email. 


      Note: Be sure to check Junk/Spam folders.

    • Once you've verified your account, you will receive a confirmation that the account has been verified.  

Unverified Account

If the email address remains Not Verified, a reminder notification will display informing that verification is required. 

NOTE:  Customers will not be able to send money until the email address is verified. 

  • Once the email verifiecation is complete, you can proceed with sending money.
