Is your Transaction Under Review?
To ensure we can keep our handling charges as low as possible, as well as preventing fraudulent and illegal activity, we use sophisticated systems to review each transaction.
If your transaction is "Pending" or "Under Review", you can:
- Check Transaction History by selecting Dashboard from the menu options.

- Select View History. The Transaction History provides the status of the pending transaction.

- Recommended: Please monitor the transaction status updates from Transaction History as often as needed.
- If the status is pending and you have further questions, you may call the IVR System for assistance.
IVR System
You can call the Production IVR System to check the status of your transaction without speaking to an agent.
- Contact the IVR System @ 1-866-345-1884 to check the status of a transaction.
- Use the provided receipt number to find the status of your transaction.
- Note: Without the receipt number, you will not be able gain status updates in the IVR System.
Further Assistance
If further assistance is needed regarding your transaction status, you may then call the number provided for assistance. 
This process can sometimes result in a manual review, which is completed by our analysts. Reviews are normally done within 48 hours, to determine if we will approve the transactions. Your card will not be charged unless the transaction is approved.
