A valid US Postal Service - recognized address is required for all accounts. Some agencies also prohibit the use of PO Box addresses - both USPS and/or private mail box addresses.
If you are sending funds to someone at an agency that does not allow PO Box addresses, you will be prompted to change your address before funds can be sent. The address must match your credit card billing address and be a recognized US Postal Service address.
