Locked User Accounts

Has Your Account Been Locked? 

A "lockout" security measure is implemented to safeguard our system from unauthorized access and to ensure the security of your account.  

If three (3) invalid attempts are made when logging into an account, a user will be locked out of their account for 30 minutes. 

When invalid information is entered, the following will take place: 

  1. During the first attempt, the user will recieve a Sign In Error message for Incorrect Username and Password.  



    • A secondary error message will display in the bottom-right corner of the screen. 


  2. During the second attemt, the user will receive a Warning message "You have 1 attempt left"
    • The customer will have the option to reset their password, as needed. 

  3. On the third attempt, the user is locked out of their account for 30 minutes. 

NOTE: In the event your account is locked, it is recommended to reset your password to regain access and ensure the security of your account.
