Email Verification

To ensure we can keep our handling charges as low as possible, as well as preventing fraudulent and illegal activity, we require you to Verify Your Email Address.  

You will be required to verify your email, before you can Send Money.

An email verification link will be sent to the email address associated with your account.  

From: | Subject: Finish your Access Corrections account set-up 

This may take several minutes to show up in your inbox.

If unable to locate the verification email -  

  • Check your junk/spam folder.
  • Add as a contact to your email address book. 

Once you receive the verification email, click the link within the email to finish activating your account. 

This helps us confirm your identity and secure your account. 


 Email Verification Step by Step

The Email Verification is provided to ensure customers are submitting a valid source of contact information upon creating a new account or editing an existing account. 

  1. After successfully creating the New Account, a message to “Check You Email” for an email verification appears on the screen. Read the details and then click Close

2.The Dashboard opens, with an Account Not Verified notification.  

  1. Review the details in entirety.  
  2. Click Send Email Verification
  1. Once verified, a pop-up message appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen, to confirm that the email verification sent.

 3. An email message (see below), with an embedded verification link, is delivered to the provided email address.


 a. If received, click on the link within the email message.  

  1. If not received, check spam/junk mail to see if the message was re-routed. 
    1. Once the link is activated, the Login screen opens, indicating a successful verification.   

 5. Sign In to AC.Com to Send Money.

Important: Customers will continue to see the following message and will not be able to send moneyuntil their email address is verified.
