Note that discounts may not be applicable to all payment methods. The possibility of a discount being applied can only be checked during a transaction once the amount, date, sender, and recipient of the transaction are known.

Why didn’t I get a discount?
- There may not be a promotion currently running for the agency.
- You or your recipient may have already met the maximum number of discounts under the promotion.
Where will I see my discount?
- If your transaction is eligible, the discounted handling charges and the amount saved will be shown on the screen before your transaction is finalized.
- Your receipt will show the final adjusted handling charges.
- If your transaction is not eligible, you will see an alert at the bottom of your screen.
