Discount Handling Charges are only available if the agency is part of the discount program.
To see if you are eligible for a discount, be sure you have access to AccessCorrections.com.

When Discount Handling Charges are active, you will be able to verify eligibility from your Dashboard or your Deposit Information page.
Dashboard Discount Eligibility
If you are eligiable, you will notice a discount eligibility indicator next to the recipients name on the dashboard, showing that a discount is available for that recipient. 
- Select the discount indicator to display the eligibility information.
- Click LEARN MORE to view the Help Center Discounts on Handling Charges information or click OK to close the message.
Deposit Information Page Discount Eligibility
You may also verify discount eligibility from the Desposit Information Page.
When the the Deposit Information page displays, a discount eligibility messge will appear under the recipient information.
- Click LEARN MORE to view the Help Center Discounts on Handling Charges information page or click the X to close the message.
How To Identify Your Applied Discount
After the discount is applied, the Card Information page will display the handling charge amount and it will be reflect the discount along with the total amount at the top of the page.

Ineligibility For Discounts
There may be times an eligibile discount will not be applicable. This is due to the use of discounts that were used when card information was displayed.
In this instance, you will receive a notification box in the bottom-right corner of the screen showing the message "Discounts for the agency are no longer available at this time".
Transaction Receipt (with calculated discount applied)
Once your transaction is complete, the applied discounts handlling charges, the receipt will only show the caluculated handling charge total (if applicable).
