Account Information Privacy, Deletion and Deactivation

Your account information collected by Access Corrections is used to provide you with our money transmission service, which is regulated on both the state and federal level. As such, Access Corrections is unable to delete your information because it must retain records to comply with state and federal legal requirements. 

While the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is not applicable to Access Corrections, your information is subject to the privacy protections of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) (e.g. personal information collected on consumers who use our financial products or services for personal, family or household purposes) and is maintained by Access Corrections in accordance with the privacy and security requirements of GLBA.
